Makes 1 cocktail

 

To make Rosemary Syrup:

Juice of 1 Grapefruit

1/3 cup of Granulated Sugar

2 strips of Grapefruit peels

1 sprig fresh Rosemary

 

Add all ingredients to a small saucepan. Heat gently to dissolve sugar, then bring to a boiling point. 

Remove from heat and infuse for 30 minutes.

Strain through a fine mesh sieve. Can be stored in the refrigerator up to 1 month.

 

To make the cocktail:

1 Tbsp. Rosemary Syrup

2 Tbsp. Campari

2 Tbsp. Gin

2 Tbsp. Vermouth

1 twist Grapefruit Peel

1 small sprig Rosemary

 

Add all of the ingredients except the Grapefruit twist and Rosemary to a glass filled with ice and stir for 15 seconds. Garnish with Grapefruit twist and Rosemary sprig.
