Honey Pumpkin-Spiced Cocktail

Makes: 1 cocktail


1.5 oz. Rum
3 oz. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 teaspoon honey syrup (2 parts honey/1 part water heated and stirred until honey is dissolved) Pinch of homemade pumpkin spice:

1 Tbsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Ground Ginger 1 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

 

Pour the rum, almond milk, and honey syrup into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a frosted glass. Sprinkle lightly with a pinch of the pumpkin spice.
