Pink Pineapple Pina Colada

Serves 2

1 ½ cups ice

2 oz. Rum

2 oz. Cream of Coconut

2 oz. Chilled pineapple juice

1-2 oz. Frozen pink pineapple chunks

Pink Pineapple wedges, as garnish

Add the ice, rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and frozen pineapple chunks to a blender. Blend until smooth and frosty. Pour into glasses and garnish with the pineapple wedges.
