Pomegranate Margaritas (serves 2)
2 Tbsp. Salt
½ cup Pomegranate juice, plus more for dipping the glass rims
3 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Triple sec
1 oz. Lime juice
1 oz. Maple syrup
Lime slices and pomegranate seeds for garnish

Place a splash or of pomegranate juice on a small plate. Place salt on another small plate. Dip the rims of the glasses into the juice, then dip in the salt.
Combine the pomegranate juice, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and maple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake for 10-20 seconds.
Strain into glasses.
Garnish each with a spoonful of pomegranate seeds and a lime wedge. the text.
