Aperol Spritz (serves 1)

Prosecco

1 shot Aperol

1 glug club soda

1 slice orange

Fill a tumbler or large wine glass with ice. Fill the glass 2/3 full with Prosecco. Add Aperol shot and top with club soda. Stir well, add orange slice, and enjoy!

Negroni (serves 1)

1 1/4 oz. Gin

1 1/4 oz. Campari

1 1/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth

Orange twist, for garnish

Stir all liquid ingredients with ice. Strain into chilled rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange twist.

Cosmo (serves 1)

2 oz. Vodka

1 oz. cranberry juice

3/4 oz. fresh lime juice

3/4 oz. Orange Liqueur

Lime wheel for garnish (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lime wheel.

Margarita (serves 1)

2 oz. Blanco Tequila

1/2 oz. Orange Liqueur

1 oz. Lime Juice

1/2 oz. Agave syrup

Salt and Lime wheel, for garnish (optional)

Add ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, and garnish with lime wheel and salt rim.
